Coach Hanh worked with Swetka's Tennis Shop (Mountain View, CA) for 15 years, where he learned about all things related to tennis equipment. Learning how each component (racquet, strings, shoes...) connects us to striking the ball and playing tennis is just as important as skill development. He started his own stringing business while in high school, and along this journey has worked with many events hosted at Stanford. He was invited to join a stringing team that provided racquet stringing and customization services for WTA and ATP Tour events.
Tennis is great because it is very challenging. When we are on the court, the necessity to navigate factors such as environmental, physical, emotional, and mental circumstances requires our full attention. Our equipment is the one variable that we can control, and it should be the last thing you worry about.
